Access email
This is how to access you email account.
- Type in your email address.
- Enter your password unless it logs you in automatically without the password.
- Click the sign in button.
- Done! you will be able to access your email account.
Send
This is how to send an email.
- Click "new mail"
- type in the email address you want to send it to
- add a subject about the email you are sending
- add the text to the email this is the information you want the person to see who you are sending this email to.
Open
This is how to open a new email.
- Click "new mail"
- then there is a recipient you want to send it to add them to it
- add a subject
- add text you want the recipient to see
Add a contact
This is how you add a contact.
- Click the people button
- search the person you wish to add
- click on there name
- click add to contacts
- fill out the contact information about them
- click save.
Attach a file to an email
This is how you attach a file to an email.
- Click insert
- click attachment
- go to the folder your file you want to attach is in
- click the file you want to add
- click open
- done you have an attachment on your email
Cc
This is how you add a CC to an email.
- click the CC text box
- type in the email address you want to be your CC
Make a message ‘urgent’
This is how you make a message urgent
- Click the extra options button with the ... on it
- select "set importance"
- click high, normal or low
- done you made your message urgent.
